Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Draft — pending legal review. This page is a plain-language placeholder. It has not yet been reviewed or approved by an attorney and may change. If anything here matters to a decision you're making, please contact us before relying on it.

1. How contributions work

A contribution is a personal gift toward a specific registry item (it is not a tax-deductible donation). When an item reaches its funding goal, Vitalé's team purchases and ships it. Contributions do not sit in a withdrawable cash balance.

2. Refunds are reviewed, not automatic

Refunds are not automatic or instant, and there is no self-service refund button. If something goes wrong — a duplicate contribution, a cancelled item, a registry that gets taken down before an item ships — our team opens a review case, looks at what happened, and works out the right resolution with the people involved. Where a refund is the right outcome, it is issued back to the original payment method through our payment processor.

3. When to reach out

Contact our support team if: you contributed by mistake or were charged twice; the item you funded was cancelled; or you have any concern about a page you supported. Include the approximate date and the registry link if you have it — we never need your card number.

4. Timing

Placeholder — pending legal review: review timelines and any regional rights will be finalized with counsel. Until then, we aim to acknowledge every refund request quickly and resolve it as fast as a careful review allows.
