1. What we collect
Registry owners: account email, the recipient's display name and story you choose to write, the items you list, and a shipping address you provide for fulfillment. Supporters: an optional name, message, and email with a contribution. Reports: the reason and note a reporter submits.
2. What we deliberately do not collect or store
Card details never touch Vitalé — payment happens on Stripe-hosted checkout, and we store only Stripe's reference identifiers. When someone submits a report, we store a one-way hash of their network address, never the raw address. We run no advertising trackers or analytics scripts on the site today.
3. Who can see what
Registry pages are private share links — they are not listed, searchable, or indexed. A shipping address is visible only to the registry's own managers and to Vitalé's operations team for fulfillment; it never appears on the public page or to supporters. Supporters' emails are never shown publicly; a supporter's first name may appear as gift attribution if they chose to share one.
4. Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run Vitalé (payment processing, email delivery, hosting) and when required by law.
5. Your choices and contact
