Is Mom okay today?
What do we need for Thursday?

Kinnorah keeps medications, appointments, meals, labs, and vitals in one shared family record — with every update sourced, and nothing guessed.

So everyone knows what happened, what still needs attention, and what to bring to the next appointment.

The challenge

The care is the easy part. Keeping track of it isn't.

Care runs in the cracks of an already-full life — notebooks, group texts, late-night calls. When someone you love has appointments, refills, and more than one person helping, the details slip, anxiety kicks in, and every day becomes a scramble to catch up instead of feeling on top of it. Nobody even knows who's going where.

Before

A dozen places, never quite sure.

A notebook by the pills. A group text nobody keeps up with. Missed calls between siblings, appointment details on a sticky note — and still, the 9 p.m. worry: did she take it? is she okay?

With Kinnorah

One place that keeps everyone in the loop.

Dose remindersVitals & labsAppointment prepTeam messagesSSonMMomDDaughterKinnorah

Reminders, vitals, appointment prep, and updates — sent to everyone who helps, kept in sync automatically. Ask is Mom okay today? and you actually know.

Simple enough that everyone actually uses it.

Near or far

The distance is hard enough. Not knowing is the hardest part.

The distance already weighs on you — the visits you can't make, the small moments you miss. What makes it heavier is not knowing: did she take her meds? how was the appointment? is today a good day? By the time the update reaches you, it's late, secondhand, and you're the last to know.

Kinnorah closes that gap. See what happened today, know what's coming, and stay as close to her care as the sibling who lives next door — from wherever you are.

The app, live

Care together, without guessing what happened.

This is Attention Home — the screen that answers "is everything okay?" Try it: record the dose and watch the Care Ring update.

The Care Ring

Counts only what's real: items still to review today. It fills from recorded entries — it never fills itself, and it never assumes.

Four categories, one glance

Meds, health, meals, water. Each says "to review" or "nothing due" — amber means exactly one thing: something is waiting for a person.

Everything in one place

Made for real, everyday care.

Not a pile of features — a small set of things families actually use, every day.

Gentle notifications

A quiet nudge when something needs a person — a dose to review, a visit coming up. Never an alarm, never guilt.

Trends over time

See how she's really doing across days and weeks — not just today. The patterns a single visit would miss.

Meals & hydration

Log meals, calories, and water in seconds — anyone in the family can. Appetite becomes something you can actually see.

Medications

Every dose, refill, and change in one shared list — with an honest record of what was taken, skipped, or not yet marked.

Labs & vitals

Readings sync in from Apple Health and wearables, or come straight off a lab PDF — and you review every value before it saves.

Visit prep

Walk into every appointment with a clear summary of recent care, ready to share with the doctor.

How it works

One family's day, from setup to the next appointment.

Set up care

Add meds, schedules, and appointments — by hand or from a label scan you review first.

Invite your people

Send an invite with a role. They wait in pending until an admin approves.

Record what happened

Taken, skipped, or missed — an explicit choice by a real person. Nothing gets invented.

Walk in prepared

Before a visit, get a clear summary of recent care, ready to share with the doctor.

Who sees what

The right people, the right access, for the right amount of time.

Every level of access follows the same path — and the family holds the keys at every step.

1 · Invite

Choose a person and a role: view-only, caregiver, or admin.

2 · Pending

They've accepted — but can't read anything yet.

3 · Approved

An admin approves. Access begins, scoped to the role.

4 · End anytime

Revoking removes access immediately. Time-limited access ends on its own.

Pending is not access. Approval is enforced in the database — it fails closed.

Meet Mena

Not a chatbot. A care assistant that can't make things up.

Ask any AI about your mom and it'll happily guess. Mena won't — she speaks only from what your family has actually logged. No invented doses, no imagined symptoms, no confident nonsense. In care, that difference is everything.

And she doesn't wait to be asked. Mena reads the whole family's record and does the work you'd never have time for:

  • Already caught up"Mom's week: 13 of 14 doses taken, appetite a little lower at dinner, cardiology Tuesday at 10:30." Before you even open the app.
  • Already preparedThe question list for the next appointment, built from real recent care — so you walk in ready.
  • Already draftedThe family update and the doctor summary, written and waiting for your okay before anything sends.
  • One brain for the whole familyShe catches up the sister across the country and the daughter down the hall — from the same shared record.

Grounded in your records, reviewed by you before anything's shared. Mena does the coordinating — she doesn't diagnose or change medication. That's the point.

Why this exists

Caring for someone you love, while life pulls you in every direction, is quietly heartbreaking.

Between the chores of life, career, kids, and families spread across different cities, no one has the capacity to give the hours a week that looking after a parent really takes — but love doesn't check your calendar, and the care doesn't pause for any of it. So it slips into late-night texts, half-remembered details, and a running list in the back of your mind that never quite goes quiet: Did someone pick up her refill? Was she okay today? What am I forgetting?

That's the part nobody talks about — not the caregiving itself, but the weight of doing it in the dark, apart, hoping everyone else is keeping up too.

Kinnorah is built to carry that weight with you. It holds the details you can't keep in your head, keeps the whole family on the same page, and gently keeps track when life gets loud — so nothing important slips, even on the hard weeks. It quietly gathers the trends and notes the doctor will ask about, keeps her medications and appointments in one place everyone can see, and lets her vitals flow in from Apple Health and her wearables — so you can check in on her anytime, from anywhere. It's the steady hand behind your care: you bring the love, it makes sure nothing gets lost.

And it hands you back the one thing coordination always steals: the calm of knowing she's okay.

Care is never one person. And now it doesn't have to feel like it is.

63 million

Americans — nearly one in four adults — provided ongoing care to a family member in 2025, up almost 50% since 2015 (AARP / National Alliance for Caregiving).

88.6%

of adults 65 and over take prescription medication (CDC/NCHS) — which makes coordinating it a mainstream family problem, not an edge case.
